WorkReady was founded in 2026 out of the need to prepare young people for the job market. The idea grew after a teenager shared that they needed to work but did not know where to start.
WorkReady provides accessible information, curated resources, and practical tools to help young people prepare for entering the workforce, covering topics such as CVs, interviews, finding opportunities, and professional skills.
Today, WorkReady is designed for teenagers in both the United States and Brazil, with country-specific resources alongside guidance that applies across borders.
